1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Plain River Herb School (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. Course access
After purchase, you receive non-transferable, personal access to course materials. You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute course content without written permission.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Prices are shown before checkout. If a course is not a fit, contact us within 14 days and before completing over 30% of content for consideration of a refund.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
- Respect peers and staff in live sessions and community spaces.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, trademarks, and design elements are owned by Plain River Herb School or its licensors. You receive a limited license to access and use materials for personal, non-commercial learning.
7. Disclaimers
Courses provide educational information and do not constitute professional horticultural, medical, or legal advice. Results vary based on climate, care, and other factors. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plain River Herb School is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible. We will aim to preserve course access to purchased materials.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
